Job Description
RUSHABH TEXTILE is actively seeking a dedicated Production In Charge to enhance our operations in Dankuni. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective production planning and scheduling
- Quality control and assurance
- Management of raw materials, equipment, and workforce to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensuring safety standards and compliance
- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management
- Cost management and budgeting
- Reporting and data analysis
Experience: 4-7 years in the manufacturing industry, with proficiency in English.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, inclusive of health insurance and provident fund benefits.
