Job Description
SAI SERVICE PVT LTD is currently looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to streamline the maintenance and repair processes for our vehicles. The ideal candidate will accurately assess customer needs and utilize a detailed probing sheet to identify necessary repairs.
Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, providing accurate cost estimates, monitoring the progression of work, addressing customer complaints, and performing follow-up communication after services are completed.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month. Employees will enjoy benefits such as reimbursement for cell phone expenses, health insurance coverage, internet reimbursement, and a provident fund.
