Job Description
SALT Attire is seeking a professional Retail Sales Associate (female) to deliver outstanding customer service, uphold visual merchandising standards, and process transactions accurately. This full-time, in-person role requires driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling while maintaining an attractive store presentation.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentable grooming, basic numeracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The candidate will work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and ensure a memorable shopping experience for customers.
