Job Description
Sampathi Credits Private Limited seeks a dedicated Field Sales Executive to lead MSME client onboarding. In this full-time, permanent, in-person role you will act as the primary contact during initial engagement: collect, verify, and validate KYC and business documents; maintain CRM/LMS records; explain loan terms and repayment schedules; assist with onboarding forms and digital platforms; and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams.
- Resolve onboarding issues, ensure RBI/NBFC compliance, support audits, and recommend process improvements.
- Competitive incentives plus petrol allowance. Salary ₹19,00–₹30,00/month.
