Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers to ensure timely follow-ups on medical claims within the US healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, and the flexibility to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve claim denials.
- Accurately document call statuses while meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field (Life Sciences preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English communication.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and RCM is advantageous.
