Job Description
The Training Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Saviynt University Learning and Certification program. This role involves organizing both in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, partners, and customers worldwide. Responsibilities include managing our Learning Management System (LMS), creating classroom sessions, uploading on-demand training content, and enrolling participants in various courses.
We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree (preferably in MBA or engineering) and 2 to 4 years of experience with an enterprise-grade LMS. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in delivering instructor-led training and familiarity with business metrics will be considered advantageous.
