Job Overview:
SCAHR LLP is seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Conduct preliminary screenings.
- Schedule interviews with clients.
- Maintain an Excel tracker for candidates.
- Follow up for client feedback.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of IT recruitment experience (freshers welcome).
- Graduate with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
