Scaling Up Work is actively looking for a motivated Customer Relations Executive to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, providing clear explanations of our loan products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to business loans.
• Provide detailed information about loan terms, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Guide customers through the entire loan application experience.
• Communicate effectively with prospects and resolve any complaints.

Requirements: A minimum of a +2 degree, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: ₹15,00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and performance incentives.
