Job Description
Shaham Solutions is looking for a skilled Female Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Kaloor, Ernakulam. This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, managing a comprehensive database, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance business operations.
Ideal candidates should possess experience in telecalling or customer support, preferably within the Hotel Management or Food Industries. Proficiency in verbal communication in Malayalam and familiarity with MS Office are essential.
