Job Description
Shelter India Charitable Trust is seeking committed Field Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage in verifying information from applicants through home visits and conducting interviews with beneficiaries and their families.
Key responsibilities will include capturing photographs, collecting necessary documents, and evaluating the socio-economic status of clients. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include reimbursement for cell phone expenses and the possibility of a performance-based bonus.
Please note: The position requires day shifts and in-person work starting on May 1, 2025.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
