Job Description
Simple Energy Store is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Relation Executive to manage sales and service customer interactions. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, coordinating test rides, bookings, service reminders, appointments and deliveries, maintaining CRM and customer records, assisting showroom visitors, and escalating issues when necessary. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Requirements: fluent Malayalam, basic English, pleasant demeanor, basic MS Office/CRM skills, and professional telephone etiquette; interest in electric vehicles is a plus.
