Job Description
SkyBlu International Furniture Mart is seeking a dedicated and professional Counter Sales Staff member to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing informative product guidance, generating sales orders, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers, recommend suitable furniture products, coordinate delivery schedules, maintain a tidy counter, address customer complaints, and meet weekly sales targets.
Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two with basic computer skills. Prior experience in counter sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English are essential; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹11,00.00 – ₹32,00.00 per month | Benefits: Meal provided.
