Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year in housekeeping supervision is preferred.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the night shift housekeeping team.
- Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Assign tasks and oversee daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory and oversee housekeeping supplies.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily shift reports.
