Job Description:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all standard software used in the customer environment.
• Configure and deploy approved software across all relevant desktops and laptops using Sapphire/SCCM.
• Facilitate software distribution to desktops and servers, or initiate scheduled software pulls from user devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security patches for timely distribution.
• Oversee patch management for all desktops and laptops utilizing the SCCM tool.
• Monitor software distribution processes and manually deploy software when failures occur.
