Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to install, upgrade, and maintain Oracle servers and tools. The role requires expertise in storage planning, creating tablespaces and schema objects, RMAN backups, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, and Data Pump.
- Perform performance tuning, Grid/CRS management, and security patching.
- Manage access rights, monitor OS services and DB processes, and track tablespace, buffer cache, and index health.
- Execute migrations and version upgrades, automate cron jobs, and collaborate with application and offshore teams.
- Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager, ITIL practices, and firewall/SQL hardening is required to maintain stable, secure operations.
