Job Description
Sorties Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our loan services, guide them through the application process, and address inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options
- Follow up with interested customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus
- Fluent in English and Tamil
