Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness of the office, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Maintain the pantry and restrooms, and dispose of trash regularly.
- Administrative Support: Organize files and perform clerical tasks including copying, scanning, and delivering mail.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintaining inventory records.
- Hospitality and Guest Services: Welcome visitors, serve beverages during meetings.
- Errands and Other Duties: Run errands, support meetings, and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred
