Span Communications is looking for a dedicated ORM Executive to protect and enhance the online presence of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring various digital platforms, responding to customer feedback, and ensuring a positive brand image. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of online reputation management and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in ORM or social media management, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be familiar with ORM tools.
