Job Description
Speshally NHS Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled ORM Executive to effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through email and chat. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telecom, along with exceptional written English proficiency. Additional language skills in Italian, French, Japanese, German, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
● Diagnose technical issues pertaining to ISP and Telecom services.
● Maintain comprehensive records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
