Job Description
Lead daily operations of a 10-room serviced villa in Munnar, overseeing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless check-ins, elevated guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Key duties include regular property inspections, prompt coordination of repairs, attentive handling of guest feedback, and personally resolving issues to maintain a high-quality boutique experience.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years in a similar role; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Kerala hill-station resorts preferred.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, performance incentives, on-site accommodation, and benefits.
