Job Description
SPRTC DEVELOPMENT CENTRE is searching for a motivated and results-oriented Client Relationship Executive to enhance our team. The primary role involves generating admissions by engaging with prospective students, providing comprehensive course details, and facilitating their admission journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Deliver in-depth information regarding courses and admission procedures.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment process while providing regular follow-ups.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with students and their families.
- Participate in admission campaigns and collaborate with teams to improve the onboarding experience.
Desired Skills: Excellent communication, target-oriented, proficient in computer use, and fluency in Malayalam.
