Job Description
The Sree Abirami Group of Institutions is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director (MD). This full-time role encompasses managing the MD’s calendar, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the MD’s schedule and appointments.
- Compose emails and record meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel logistics and follow-up on projects.
- Keep confidential files and records organized.
Requirements: A Master’s degree, previous experience as a PA, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with healthcare will be advantageous.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Flexible shifts available.
