Job Description
Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital is seeking a dedicated Billing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions, manage billing and invoicing processes, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Assist with billing processes and maintain accurate records.
- Greet patients, assist with inquiries, and resolve billing issues.
- Ensure smooth handover to the next cashier.
