Sri Baby Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly organized and proactive Receptionist (Female) to manage daily front office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining attendance records, managing office registers, and providing exceptional support to vendors and visitors, ensuring the front office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet clients and visitors.
- Prepare and monitor daily purchasing requirements.
- Keep accurate visitor logs and attendance records.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on attendance discrepancies.
- Support administrative tasks and facilitate company meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
