Job Description
SRK IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping. This role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning rooms, corridors, and public spaces
- Responding to guest requests and checking guests in and out
- Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Delivering guest requests and assisting with furniture setup
- Ensuring a positive guest experience through effective communication
- Collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Part-time
Pay: ₹19,387.71 – ₹29,731.34 per month (Expected hours: 40 per week)
