Job Description
STAYWOOD is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both domestic and international hotel bookings. We welcome applicants with 1-3 years of operations experience, as well as motivated fresh graduates with strong potential.
Key responsibilities include verifying hotel rates with vendors, managing reservations, coordinating with clients for confirmations, and updating reports in our Management Information System (MIS).
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, including both call and email etiquette. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹18,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and performance bonuses.
