Job Description
Strive Global Services is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petrochemical fields, a B.Sc. in Chemistry, or an ITI certificate in Fitter/Welder.
We prefer individuals aged 21 to 28 with 6 months to 3 years of experience in process industries, especially food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. Candidates with 2+ years in CNC, engineering, or automotive will be prioritized.
Flexibility for 12-hour shifts and overtime is essential. Salary is ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month with benefits including a Provident Fund.
