Job Description
Subrosa Health and Capital India seeks a Territory Sales Executive to retail pharma and OTC products across Kolkata (Howrah, Salt Lake, Phool Bagan, Ultadanga, Beliaghata). The role requires visiting 100+ retailers daily, maintaining adequate stock levels, and maximizing POB (Personal Order Booking), the KPI that determines incentives.
- Requirements: 2–3 years retailing/POB experience, any degree, strong Bengali and English communication; existing retailer relationships preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person, ~75% travel. Compensation up to ₹18,00/month plus PF, ESI, travel allowance, and performance incentives.
