Job Description
Surya Ethnic Fashion India Pvt Ltd. is looking for a committed Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen our customer engagement and enhance our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints.
- Gather feedback to enhance our services and products.
- Assist with CRM initiatives and tailor communications accordingly.
- Develop and manage captivating content for social media platforms.
