Job Description
Sushil Finance is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Desk Executive based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be 30 years old or younger and hold a B.Com degree, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk email communications.
- Facilitate account reactivations.
- Generate welcome letters and SMS updates.
- Handle queries from partners and clients.
