Job Description
Swayamvara Silks is in search of a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to manage daily store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that the team adheres to company standards while providing outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing store operations, leading the sales team, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and upholding high inventory standards. A high school diploma is required, and additional education in retail management is preferred.
