Job Description
Synergy School of Business, Selaiyur, seeks a full-time Career Counselor to manage lead handling, student and parent interactions, and systematic follow-ups to convert enquiries into registrations. The role includes handling walk-ins and inbound/outbound calls, maintaining and updating the CRM, advising students on career goals and course selection, explaining fees and placement support, and ensuring enrolments before batch launch.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years’ academic counselling experience; fluent English; based in Selaiyur, Chennai.
- Compensation: ₹20,00–₹25,00 per month; benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
- Work mode: in person. Daily call and follow-up targets apply.
