Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer support and data entry tasks through email and chat—no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Follow guidelines to resolve issues
- Escalate complex queries when necessary
- Maintain documentation of interactions
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate, good written English, basic computer knowledge, typing speed of 30 WPM.
