We are seeking a skilled Process Associate for our Recoveries/Collection team in the International Banking domain.
- Location: Pune / Bengaluru / Gurgaon
- Experience: 3-6 years for Associate; 5-10 years for Lead roles.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Proficient negotiation skills for debt repayment discussions.
- A customer relationship-focused background is preferred.
- Professional communication and excellent client management capabilities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
- Adhere to conduct policies and service level agreements.
- Support team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Desired Candidate Profile:** Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
