Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Service Desk position at Tata Consultancy Services. Ideal applicants will have infrastructure technical support experience and be flexible with night shifts and weekends. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of desktop hardware, messaging, and networks.
Strong communication skills and prior international voice process experience are essential. While not mandatory, certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous. Responsibilities include:
