Tatez Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and hands-on Shift In-Charge for our Night Shift Production operations. The ideal candidate will lead the night shift, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes while meeting production goals and upholding high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night shift production activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of production plans.
- Supervise staff and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and address breakdowns promptly.
- Accurately document production data and shift reports.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at ₹15,00.00 per month | Experience: 4 years in the food industry preferred.
