Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR department by assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee grievances, and handling administrative duties such as budget monitoring, catering arrangements, and housekeeping maintenance.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing employee assets, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing monthly invoices. Additionally, you will participate in employee engagement initiatives and ensure confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational information.

This is a contractual/temporary position with a daytime schedule, offering benefits including meal provisions, health insurance, and a provident fund.
