Position: Associate Customer Support
Process: Transunion Cibil (Non-Voice)
Shift Schedule:
Female Employees: 8 AM – 8 PM | Male Employees: 24/7 rotational shifts (Any 9 hours)
Work Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off.
Responsibilities: Address inquiries, manage requests and complaints, analyze data, and gain familiarity with cross-domain processes.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in grievance handling within the BFSI sector; candidates must be graduates.
Salary: ₹24,00 – ₹28,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
