Job Description
Design Engineer – Diploma Fresher
Department: Design
Job Location: Thane
Industry: Transformer Manufacturing
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for Diploma-qualified Electrical or Mechanical freshers to join our Design Department. The candidate will support design and engineering activities related to transformer manufacturing and gain hands-on exposure to industrial design practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of design drawings and layouts
- Support senior design engineers in day-to-day design activities
- Work on AutoCAD / basic design software (training will be provided)
- Prepare and maintain design documents, BOMs, and technical data
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for design clarifications
- Follow engineering standards and company design procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Fresher / Entry-level candidates welcome
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical concepts
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred, not mandatory)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
