Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to become part of our team as an Inbound Customer Support Executive. In this pivotal role, you will address customer inquiries and offer efficient assistance through both inbound and outbound voice communication.
Requirements:
- Open to Graduates and Undergraduates.
- Excellent communication skills (minimum Versant 3).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Salary: ₹18,500.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month
Shift: Day shift, with 6 working days and 1 rotational week-off.
