Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic Ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be required to work from 9 AM to 6 PM at our office in Kaloor Stadium, Ernakulam.
Key qualifications include:
- Outstanding fluency in English
- Proven experience managing customer interactions via WhatsApp, Email, and social media platforms
- Willingness to commute daily to Kaloor
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,00.00 to ₹20,00.00.
