Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to enhance our operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing courier performance across regions and service types, monitoring logistics KPIs such as delivery turnaround times (TATs) and return-to-origin (RTO) rates, and identifying cost leakages while recommending corrective actions. The ideal candidate will generate reports from diverse data sources and create dashboards for real-time efficiency tracking. Additionally, they will collaborate with courier partners for rate negotiations and service optimizations, as well as flag operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
The successful candidate should possess proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
