Job Description
The Black Steel, a rapidly expanding bespoke lighting brand based in Delhi, is seeking a dedicated Growth Operations Executive. Our brand specializes in functional, industrial designs and personalized service, and we aim to enhance our operations as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts among sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Facilitate client communications and ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and assist with vendor management.
- Maintain accurate records of operational KPIs.
- Support marketing initiatives and enhance client servicing.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations, exhibit strong communication and multitasking skills, and demonstrate fluency in English, along with proficiency in Excel.
