Job Description
Reports to: Executive Chef / Sous Chef
The Continental Chef prepares and presents a variety of continental dishes while upholding high culinary and presentation standards. This position is ideal for culinary professionals seeking growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety practices
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and basic ordering
- Collaborate closely with senior chefs during service
Requirements:
- Basic culinary education or relevant kitchen experience
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
