Job Description
The Choice Canning Company is looking for a dedicated Welfare Officer to enhance our workforce’s well-being by providing essential services such as canteen operations, healthcare access, and sanitation facilities. In this role, you will support management with leave approvals, offer guidance on welfare provisions, and resolve employee grievances. Your responsibilities will include fostering harmonious relationships between staff and management as well as overseeing the Welfare Committees.
We seek an individual who can advise our team on statutory obligations, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate a smooth acclimatization process for workers. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between ₹20,00.00 and ₹25,00.00.
