Job Description
The Tele-calling & Operations Executive role combines outbound calling responsibilities with essential backend support. You will engage with members to facilitate KYC registration, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure prompt verification. We seek candidates who possess exemplary communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to clarify KYC processes.
- Assist members throughout the registration and documentation stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely member verification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of KYC processes is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
