Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, in-office Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns for skincare brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of micro, nano, and macro influencer ecosystems and agency collaboration.

• Develop campaign strategy aligned with social media trends; negotiate and manage contracts
• Onboard influencers, oversee content guidance, track performance, and conduct post-campaign analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Basic content and visual sensibility preferred; Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation: ₹18,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
