Job Description
The Madras Seva Sadan, Child Care Institute is seeking a dedicated Warden to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care. Fluency in Tamil is mandatory, and a minimum qualification of SSLC is required. Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.
Key responsibilities include supervising children, managing their admissions, liaising with parents, serving meals, addressing behavior issues, and ensuring their health needs are met. Engage with volunteers, maintain hygiene in living areas, and facilitate recreational activities.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person presence at our facility.
