Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive for our Andheri office. This role primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer service via chat.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service (chat)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (9-hour shifts)
Shift Details:
- Females: Rotational Day shifts between 7 AM and 9 PM
- Males: Rotational shifts available 24/7 for any 9-hour block
Compensation: Competitive salary up to ₹25,00 in hand, with a gross salary up to ₹29,00. This position offers full-time employment with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
Work Location: In-person attendance is required.
