Job Description
ThinkBiz Consulting is seeking a dedicated team member to join us at our Hinjewadi Phase 3 office in Pune. We are looking for candidates adept at resolving billing issues while providing outstanding customer service through Voice, Chat, and Email communications.
Role & Responsibilities: Handle international inquiries and collaborate effectively with team members to address and resolve complex issues.
Required Profile: A minimum of 1 year of blended experience, excellent communication skills, and the capability to navigate challenging customer interactions.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹32,00 per month, which includes health insurance and a provident fund.
